what YPE is   the need for YPE   mission statement   success	The Young Players Ensemble believes that the true and lasting power of theatre is its ability to hold a mirror up to society and to individuals, not only to entertain, but also to challenge, enlighten and initiate a dialogue. When the subject of theatre is society itself and its challenges, the stakes are raised exponentially. This experience is amplified when a cultural exchange of ideas and techniques are shared.
