A 14 year old cast member named Brandy had run away from home and refused to speak with her mother because she felt like her mother could not understand her. She wrote about her feelings, and dramatized her situation through the use of masks and dialogue. Her mother was contacted about her daughter's performance, which created a tearful reunion and the beginning of some much-needed communication
